3FHi Update: Collaboration on Energy, Climate Resilience, and Health
Today, the Faith for Family Health Initiative (3FHi) team, in partnership with the Church of Uganda, had a fruitful meeting with Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa, Uganda’s Minister of Energy. The discussion focused on exploring potential opportunities and strategic approaches to promote energy, climate resilience, and health for household and community transformation.
This engagement marks a pivotal step towards integrating energy solutions into health interventions, aiming to enhance climate resilience while improving the well-being of communities. The collaborative effort aligns with 3FHi’s mission of driving holistic transformation through partnerships that address the underlying determinants of health and well-being.
Key outcomes of the meeting include a shared commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions, strengthening community resilience to climate impacts, and promoting health equity. This partnership sets a strong foundation for future joint initiatives aimed at sustainable development for communities across Uganda.
We look forward to further engagements and transformative actions in this critical space.
