PAI President & CEO visit at 3FHI offices in Uganda

Offices in Kampala Uganda. Here she was welcomed by the Faith for Family Health initiative (3FHi) board members and Family planning and Reproductive Health Champions. PAI has supported 3FHi since its inception in 2018. It's been a journey we have walked and are still walking with the faith community to improve the family health  and well being of Ugandans. 

During the visit, 3FHi presented and shared experiences of  some of the past and ongoing work and outcomes  with PAI support.
A video highlighting PAI support towards Family planning , women, children and Adolescent Health, GBV and Universal Health coverage in Uganda was screened. 

The President appreciated the efforts by Faith for family Health initiative (3FHi) ,entire faith community partners and civil society organizations to transform the health care of Ugandans.

 "While the trip was short , it provided an opportunity to learn from you , share what issues and  opportunities am seeing at a global level and discuss opportunities to further  bolster our collective advocacy, " - Nabeeha Kazi Hutchins 

She introduced Herbert Mugumya as the Senior Regional Director of Programs, Advocacy and Civic Engagement at PAI, who will be working closely with partners in the East and Southern Africa region going forward.

She went on to invite 3FHi and other partners to the Launch of PAI's new strategic Plan on April 28th 2022.

"I am so energized to be part of this network of courageous change markers. I look forward to even greater things to come. " she concluded.
